Concept, product development, production, marketing, world wide distribution.A fender for people who don’t like fenders
Flow
If your bike is clean and simple, without any irrelevant clutter, that’s when you feel in control and focused on nothing else but riding. Control and focus are essential ingredients for experiencing flow.
With this in mind, I’ve developed a minimalistic fender that’s only there when it’s needed. The rest of the time, it can be folded up and stored in the back pocket of a cycling jersey.
It’s like technical outdoor clothing for your bike.
I designed this, produced it in Amsterdam, and sold it through a world wide distribution network under my own brand Wit Industries.
The polypropylene dye cut design made it possible to mass produce locally with low tooling cost, and being able to custom print. Even in full color.
Since 2017, befriended competitor Ass-Savers sells it under license. 2026 marks its 15th year in production.
